Voice Services - Information

VOIP call rates can be configured as a per minute billing account and a per second billing account. The per second billing has no initial connection charges and you only pay for the seconds you use. Likewise, the per minute billing charge in 30-second increments.

Therefore if you tend to make longer calls, per minute has more advantages, but if you make shorter calls, per second is the option to take.

  • Calls to directory enquiries and Telkom operator services (10xx) are charged at the national rate.
