Sometimes it's easier to take control of a computer to fix issues, while you watch from the comfort of your home or office. Therefore we use a small program called Ammyy Admin to remotely login into your computer to fix issues. Please note we cannot take control of your computer without your permission. It's safe and secure.

- Click on the "Start" button

Security
Security is most important question asked about remote computer system access. At BreedeNet makes many effort to make sure our system is the most stable and safest solution available on the market today. We use the most current security encryption algorithms for crypto-operation. All data (including screen image, cursor movement and keyboard events) are transfered only within encrypted channels. There is currently no way to disable this encryption. The transferring of data is encrypted by AES algorithms. No one, (including our employees) can decrypt your data. If for some reason, Criminal or other, someone tries to capture your data in transit, it is useless to them because of the encryption. The "Operator" needs to know the unique number of the "Client" (ID) before any connecting can occur to the remote computer system. No one may connect to a client's computer without the permission of the "Client".
