FAQs - Email Support

Email auto responders automatically send a customised auto response (that you compose) to any visitor who emails the address configured with an auto responder.

The auto response is set up to work with a configured pop email account. The sender receives your automated response and you receive the original enquiry.

Setting up a auto responder:

Login to your webmail account (https://myaccount.hetzner.co.za/). Login with your email address and password
Click on Mailbox Admin
Click on Autoreply under the action column
Choose YES to enable
Type in your subject and message body
Click submit
